Available Working Force
Due to generation lifestyle belief changes, the unemployment rate is not accurate due to people willing to stay at home and live a simple life without seeking any 9-5 job. However, government use the current low "unemployed" rate to set up an important financial policy that is not proper to meet our need.
The question can be how many people age above 16 have jobs, how many people age above 16 are willing to find a job, and what the balance will be for people not in the labour force. Basically, the base of the labour force should be corrected.

Please consider what the 2030 Aussie lifestyle looks like to design the questions. We can't change the past, but we can prepare better future.
The good questions will help us build Aussie to meet new generations' needs, then we can be more attractive compared to Canada & USA.
