Easy to answer
While a lot of attention and infrastructure is provided for unpowered two wheel vehicles, powered types are ignored. While a lot of the population has taken up so called SUVs in place of sedans, these vehicles, often with only one occupant, take up a lot of road space compared to a powered two wheel vehicle. I propose that attention be given to reducing the access to city areas of such SUVs and promoting powered two wheel vehicles as a means of reducing "traffic", which is mainly four wheeled vehicles in city areas.
