National Importance
more precise data on indigenous identity is required for policy development as to indigenous disadvantage; this includes vexed issues as to ancestry and the way
that personal income data is collected

Assessment Criteria 2

2. There is a need for data from a Census of the whole population.

For whole population
all three

Assessment Criteria 3

3. The topic can be accurately collected in a form which the household completes themselves.

Easy to answer
I'm not sure that data on indigenous identity, ancestries of all residents or personal income are well-collected
